Photographer Amy Herold recently captured the artistry of celebrity chef Jeffrey Saad in the newly released book, Recipes Without Borders. “Working with Jeffrey was great. His passion was infectious, which enhanced my own work as a food photographer. His attention to the smallest detail pushed me to try to recreate the sensory experience of his food for Jeffrey’s readers,” says Amy.
